Are you inspired by #FireDrillFriday? Are you eager to accelerate climate positive solutions and halt carbon pollution? Crave the opportunity to transform business as usual into wellness as usual? Ready to join a purpose-oriented team? Believe the music industry can be a champion for change?

We are looking for a Road Manager to lead climate positive behavior change initiatives among the production and tour crews with musical artists and live events. The Road Manager will use our environmental tour management tools to support each crew in identifying and implementing climate positive solutions.

Effect Partners works with musicians, athletes and brands to accelerate climate positive solutions. We’ve dedicated our focus to progressive environmental solutions for thirty years.
